Appartment is great, exactly as described. It was recently painted, but this was not an issue. It's well located, tv channels, air conditioning and all kitchen OK. Bed sheet and towels ok. I would stay there again for sure.

Schöne und zweckmässige Wohnung. Weil sich im hinterem Teil der Wohnung eine Bar befindet, kann es nachts aber etwas laut werden. Wir konnten nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und die Einrichtung ausreichend für ein paar Tage. Der Gastgeber war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

harbour is in sight, cafes, bars and even a night club arround the corner. new windows reduced the ammount of noise to our favour, as we were travelling with a 9 month year old babyboy. view from the living room and the balcony is really great. 2 years ago we wouldve enjoyd nightlife, bars and cafes to the fullest! recommendation for couples without little children. parking is 3,20€ every 4 hours between 9-19h. no free parking. communication and check in was uncomplicated and easy.

The flat was lovely. Modern, spacious and well equipped. The views from the balconies and windows are great. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Setubal is great. You should be aware that if you want peace and quiet this flat is not for you, but if you want a lovely flat in a lively, vibrant town with lovely restaurants and beaches nearby it is perfect.

Great location in Setubal. Lovely views from all the windows and the balcony. Furnished and equipped well. The hosting company was responsive and fixed an issue we had with the blinds in the bedroom. The only issue we had was something the flat owner can’t control: the neighbors on the other side of the bedroom wall were pretty noisy and it seems like their kitchen or faucet was right on our bed. I hope it was just a temp thing if they are also airbnb(?) But apart from that everything was well.

This is my second time booking a house from this company and I can’t complain about nothing the house is perfect. If I had to point something to improve I’d just say the doors and the Conners the toilet and rooms needs repainting but apart from that everything is perfect easy to access they allowed me to check in earlier….. I’d definitely go back ass often as I can
