I love staying in this house. This is the second time I stay there and believe I will always stay in this house whenever I go to Setubal. it feels like home and it is close to shop, bars and specially supermarket a 2 minutes walk. Deffo recommend booking this place you will love it.

It was really nice to stay one week at the apartment. I heard the traffic noises at night but I kind of got used to it. The aparment location was perfect for us to get to know a little bit of the centre. Communication was easy and they answered quickly. I could come again.

Uma boa estadia com um espaço acolhedor porém a insonorização não é muito boa, há muito movimento pelas ruas e ouve-se tudo dentro do apartamento, fora isso nada a apontar

The place is spotless, clean and amazing location! However if you are a light sleeper this might not be the best location as it’s very noisy area.

Estadia super agradável, espaco igual as fotos, muito bonito e confortável Boa localização acesso a tudo Como desvantagens tivemos alguma dificuldade no check in , o link para abrir a porta do prédio não estava a funcionar, mas contactamos a Home Match, e em 10 min o Luis estava lá para nos auxiliar e nos abrir a porta do prédio, muito simpático e prestativo. O sofá tinha algumas manchas e uma das toalhas também. Na situação da tolha, mal contactamos a Home Match sobre o mesmo , no dia a seguir foi nos entregue logo duas toalhas. Na cozinha apenas tinha sal e açúcar (de ingredientes) . Outro aspecto negativo, foi pela localização, houve algum barulho. De resto foi uma estadia super agradável. Voltaria e recomendaria .

O apartamento estava limpo e totalmente equipado com tudo o que precisávamos. A localização é excelente, estávamos no centro e tínhamos tudo muito perto (hipermercados, cafés, restaurantes..), caso volte mais uma vez a Setúbal irei voltar a entrar em contato com os Anfitriões.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location is fantastic—super central, and you can walk to almost everything. The view from the place is great, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. That said, there were a few downsides. There was some street noise, as the windows are not soundproof, and the elevator wasn’t working during my visit. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I would still recommend this place.

Apartamento bastante acolhedor e muito bem localizado!! Espaços amplos e limpos. Encontramos tudo o que necessitávamos no apartamento desde utensílios de cozinha a itens de higiene pessoal disponíveis. O único ponto que para uma visita futura gostaríamos que fosse melhorado seria o isolamento do exterior!! Com este upgrade ficaria um alojamento excelente e que num futuro voltaríamos sem dúvida!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

L'appartement est impeccable, mais il est également important de noter que l'insonorisation n'est pas optimale, donc mieux vaut ne pas être trop sensible au bruit pour bien dormir. Cependant, l'accueil par l'agence et la qualité de l'appartement sont satisfaisants.

Apartamento moderno y amplio en el centro de Setúbal. Estaba todo muy limpio. Como aspecto negativo solo apuntaría que se escucha bastante el ruido de la calle, aunque a nosotros no nos molestó en exceso.

We stayed a total of 5 days here and we truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment looks just as pictured and had everything we needed! A super market is conveniently across the street which made it hassle free to cook for ourselves. As others have said it is a noisy area but my partner and I are pretty heavy sleepers so it didn’t bother us. There was construction happening so on the weekday we woke up to that somewhat but again to us that was minor. Over the weekend there was no construction, the elevator was fussy where it worked one day and not the other. That was okay for us but can be a challenge for others. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought it was very well located! Nice restaurants and bars near by and just a car ride away from the beaches. The apartment building itself also felt very private! Home Match was super responsive and helpful, would stay again and any other properties they manage!

Estadia foi muito boa! Margarida respondeu prontamente às mensagens e solicitações. Havia obras no prédio, o que causou um pouco mais de barulho. Barulho tb na rua de carros e pessoas conversando. Somente esse incomodo. De resto amamos o apartamento e suas acomodações. Moderno e conservado. Conta com fogão, panelas, torradeira e cafeteira. O que foi de grande serventia. Obrigada, Margarida! Very well located, very confortable, everything works very well. We had a really good stay on it. Lots of sun light in a beautifull building close to all we need. Recomended.
