Enjoy this stylish home in the heart of Setúbal. Centrally located just steps from the many attractions of Baixa - Centro Histórico and Avenida Luísa Todi, including Praça de Bocage, Mercado do Livramento and Casa da Baía.

This classic townhouse overlooks a small square that is characteristic of the downtown Setúbal area. Inside you will find a clean and thoughtfully finished home that provides everything you need for your stay.

The space

On the ground floor you will find an open and spacious kitchen/dining/living area as well as a half bathroom.
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two single beds) plus a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are well lit with views overlooking the tree-filled square below.

Other things to note

Setubal is a thriving, growing city and with that comes exciting building developments. In our special square, there may be noise from building projects nearby. We hope the improvements will enhance the neighborhood but it will take time.

Жили тут 10 днів, дуже класний район, поблизу багато ресторанчиків, але тихо. Поруч легендарний ринок Ливраменту. Квартира така саме як на фото, дуже чисто, є все необхідне для приготування їжі та прання, а якщо проживаєте більше 7 днів, то є безкоштовне прибирання з заміною білизни та рушників. Ми залишились в захваті від житла, тим паче що сюди можна з тваринами. Також хочу відмітити оперативність відповідей хазяїна житла - дуже класна, ефективна та приємна комунікація

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy cómoda y todo estaba limpio y ordenado. La decoración era muy bonita y estaba céntrico con todas las facilidades en la cocina. Repetiría sin duda!

Très bon séjour. Le logement est fonctionnel, la climatisation est un énorme plus pour passer des nuits au frais. La localisation permet de profiter de la ville et de la plage. Parfait, nous reviendrons ?

Maison fidèle au descriptif et aux photos, bien située, près des commerces, du marché couvert et du départ en bateau pour Troia. Par contre location produit type Airbnb, non chez l’habitant donc prévue pour 4 personnes (4 verres, 4 fourchettes etc.), pas de condiments ni huile d’olive ni lessive etc. Odeur d’humidité récurrente.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The accommodation was excellent and comfortable. Setubal us lovely and there was plenty to do. We chose this location for a relaxing trip near excellent beaches. Communication was excellent. Can’t recommend enough.

Alojamiento muy cerca del centro de Setúbal, aunque es un poco difícil acceder con el coche al alojamiento, el apartamento merece totalmente la pena, amplio, limpio y ordenado. Tanto Richard cómo Andreia han sido unos fabulosos anfitriones, han estado atentos a todas nuestras necesidades y nos han dado todo tipo de facilidades. Esperamos volver pronto!
