Vaste espace bien éclairé, très propre en général, bien climatisé. Dans l'appartement: difficile de prendre une douche sans inonder une partie de la salle de bain, la porte du congélateur ne fermait pas parce qu'il y avait une grande accumulation de glace et ce avant notre arrivée (ce problème n'a pas été résolu et l'employée a admis que c'est un problème récurrent), le lave-vaisselle n'était pas bien fixé dans l'armoire, donc il tombait vers l'avant lorsqu'il était à moitié plein, et difficulté à avoir des réponses claires de la part du personnel de l'agence qui gère l'appartement. En plus, du mercredi au samedi, le bar voisin est ouvert de 22h à 4h30 du matin et met la musique tellement forte que c'est impossible de dormir (mur mitoyen). Soyez avisés que le ménage n'est fait qu'une fois par semaine, donc il faut laver vos serviettes et fournir plusieurs autres petites choses fournies ailleurs, mais pas à cet endroit.

The apartment is modern, spacious, and only a few minutes to the beach and old town by foot. Unfortunately when we arrived the power outlets in the appartment were not working, and we did not have warm water to shower. We did contact the staff and they sent over an electrician that was able to resolve the problem. The appartment still has a strong smell of new paint. Another problem we encountered was that there is a club next door to the appartment, which goes on with very loud music until 6am, making it impossible to sleep.

For those who expect to have a very good night's sleep, you should wear ear protectors, as you can clearly hear the loud music from a bar/nightclub near the apartment until very late. Apart from that the apartment is excellent.

Very clean and new. Looks exactly the same as the pictures on website. Seems like the electricity capacity is not enough to support multiple appliances operated at the same time. We experienced 4 instants of power outage in 6 nights stay. It usually happened when we have electric stove, oven and air-conditioning (heater) turned on.

Sie ist groß, hell, sehr sauber. grosse Schränke, gut gelegen im Zentrum, alles zu Fuß erreichbar, hat einen GWA, WM, Wasserkocher, Kaffekocher mit Filter. Freitag und Samstags hat es neben der Wohnung einen Club und die Feiern sehr laut bis 6 Uhr morgens

Appartement magnifique, emplacement top. Pour un séjour entre amis qui veulent faire la bringue et sortir le week-end c'est parfait. L'appartement est collé à un bar et le vendredi et samedi soir impossible de dormir jusqu'à 6 heures du matin, vraiment trop bruyant. Je ne recommande pas pour une famille avec des enfants.

Limpieza, amplitud de la casa, equipamiento. El apartamento en sí está muy bien equipado, es muy amplio y dispone de todo tipo de equipamiento, más que de sobra para una estancia ocasional. Local de copas pegado a dormitorios y zona de aparcamiento de pago. Insoportable el ruido que se genera Viernes y Sábados en el local de copas contiguo a los dormitorios hasta altas horas de la madrugada. No se puede dormir, si eres de salir por las noches bien, pero si no, no lo recomiendo.

Le logement est très beau et très bien placé. On est à quelques minutes à pied du marché, de la 1ere plage, des restaurants, café. attention la nuit au bruit de la rue. nous étions en vacances donc pas de soucis pour nous

es bonito y esta rodo cuidado al detalle. las camas son comodas y las duchas estan genial. responden muy rapido. lo recomendaria sin duda. NO hay aparcamiento gratuito, pero en la calle se puede pagar el parkimetro sin limite de hora. Para mejorarlo solo haría falta poner alguna sarten en la cocina y alguna toalla para el suelo del baño y para las manos. Muchas gracias

The apartment is great, spacious, clean and as per the description. Nice decoration. Location as well as we could to everything by walking. We had a little incident as the master bathroom got heavily flooded when I took a shower but despite the fact it was Friday evening, the host manage to send us towels to take out the water in a very short time. And a staff came the next day to fixed it so in the end we were not affected by it. I recommend it ?

Nice place, felt it had a few teething problems though, for example there were not enough towels and not all the beds were made up.

Asunto oli todella kiva, siisti ja erittäin hyvällä paikalla. Asunnossa oli kaikki tarvittavat välineet ja laitteet. Asunnossa oli pieniä puutteita mm. vesihana oli huonosti asennettu. Suurin vaikeus oli se, että vieressä oli yökerho jonka musiikki kuului todella isosti klo 3-5 asti. Eli jos haluat nukkua, niin asunto ei ole siihen paras mahdollinen.

We stayed about ten days with our son. The apartment is very spacious, modern, and we loved the location. We would definitely stay again. The host was always quick to reply and helpful. The location is near the Livramento market. The apartment needs a few more pans and items for cooking to take advantage of all the fish and produce! Once or twice there was some music noise from the bars nearby. Nothing that would stop us staying here again.
