Dans l'ensemble très bon logement : la clim, la localisation et le professionnalisme de l'hôte sont appréciables. Des petites détails sont à améliorer comme l'isolation phonique, le manque de volets et le problème d'évacuation de la douche.

This lovely apartment in the middle of the old town is perfect for a solo or couple visitors coming to Setubal. You will not find a more central location than this, and at the same time in a quiet side street. Flat was clean, all the utilities you need for a comfortable stay.

foi muito bom a estadia meu adendo sobre casa de banho parecia que estava entupido ralo banheiro,agua demorava pra descer, então tinha q ficar desligando chuveiro pra não alagar,e as panelas tem poucas seria bom se tivesse mas algumas

O espaço correspondia ao que foi anunciado e, de um modo geral, estava de acordo com as expectativas. No entanto, tivemos alguns inconvenientes durante a estadia, nomeadamente problemas com o chuveiro e sucessivas quebras de energia por falta de potência, o que acabou por causar algum desconforto. Acreditamos que, resolvendo estas questões, a experiência poderá melhorar significativamente para futuros hóspedes.

Kleine aber gut ausgestattete Wohnung, aber im Winter nur sehr schlecht warm zu bekommen. Eiskalter Fußboden. Küchenausstattung brauchbar aber nicht überragend, z.B. keine Weingläser und nur eine kleine Pfanne. Wenn der Herd, die Klimaanlage und die Heizung im Bad gleichzeitig laufen fliegt die Sicherung für die ganze Wohnung raus und man sitzt im Dunkeln. Ansonsten OK.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Blue Villa. The location was great and very walkable. I was traveling alone and felt very safe throughout Setubal, but in this area especially. The whole area was decorated for Christmas and it was very cozy and inviting. The space itself was very clean and had everything I needed. Home Match was responsive when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again!
