A beautiful apartment in a truly fantastic location. We had a great stay in this beautiful old building right in the heart of the old town of Setúbal. The apartment which has been lovingly restored is beautiful. However be aware this is an old building in a very popular location so there are some things which may affect your stay which are beyond the hosts control. Parking is a nightmare! There is paid public parking right outside the apartment but rarely is there space and the traffic wardens are keen. This made meeting the host complicated, and loading and unloading not easy. A key lockbox would be preferable. Something not uncommon in old properties here, which can’t really be remedied, an unpleasant drain smell often feeds back into the apartment. Opening all the windows helps. However buskers in the square every afternoon and evening - very entertaining but not always very good and very loud! Didn’t bother us but it might put some people off. The neighbours were unfriendly

At the end of our Portugal trip we stayed for 2 nights. It was the perfect end of our trip. Once you’re inside, you can feel at home. You get what you pay for. During that weekend there was a music festival which gave us some trouble to find a car park not too far away from the house. Furthermore, some festival visitors celebrated in front of the house until 5 in the morning. But there is nothing to complain about it. We did the same a few years back. Would always rent the apartment again.

Great space in amazing location with views of all the activity in Praça do Bocage! Responsive hosts, very well appointed, comfortable sofa and beds. Highly recommend!

Great Place, great location, a little slow to respond to us on check in - a key box would have been best for everyone, broken door handle on the bedroom was not advised and meant you locked yourself in and someone had to open the door, no hand towels in guest shower room meant our bath towel was our only towel. But would recommend it as only minor issues and its a great apt in best great location.

Beautiful apartment looking over the central square of setubal. Close to Arabbida nature reserve. The apartment is brilliant and the communication with the team is very clear and efficient. I will be back.

Ubicación y vistas inmejorables, apartamento increíble. Se nota que ha sido decorado por un diseñador, es incluso mejor que en fotos. Tiene de todo, mucho espacio, utensilios y detalles. Sin duda, alojarnos aquí ha sido de lo mejor de nuestra visita a Setúbal, muy recomendable. Las únicas pegas, aparcar en la zona es todo de pago y a veces cuesta encontrar hueco. Por otro lado, hay un olor muy desagradable en las escaleras del edificio y ascensor, una vez dentro del apartamento no huele.
