Great location with a very local neighbourhood feel (kids playing soccer, laundry overhead). Easy access to the old town and waterfront. Perfect for one or two people for a weekend or several days. We walked from Praçado do Quebedo station with ease. There are three narrow flights up with one low ceiling. The unit is bright, well equipped and cosy, with a heat pump. There are low ceiling corners in the bedroom that we both banged our heads into so familiarize yourself when you first arrive. The washer doesn't have a dryer function that I could figure out, but there is a line out the window that did the trick. Hosts are very responsive. Overall very pleased and would stay again.

A bit of advice to those trying to find the apartment. We used Bolt and ended up near to the apartment using the address but since the street it is on doesn’t take cars, the gps ended at the back of the nearby church. Our driver was determined to find the place and enlisted the aid of several locals who eventually were able to walk us to the door. Also Margarida called to check on us and the driver was able to get information from her. If you need a location to give a driver I would suggest the School of Hospitality and Tourism. Once there, cross the street and walk thru the arch, up the stairs and the street is the second in the right.

A casa estava super limpa e arrumada, é um espaço perfeito para uma fuga, para descansar e conhecer outro ambiente. Os responsáveis sempre disponíveis no momento e á procura de solução para quem tem carro poder arranjar um sítio tranquilo para estacionar, uma vez que não tem estacionamento á porta. Gostei muito, quando puder voltarei a repetir.

A perfect place in the Setubal center. The fully equipped appartment including oven, microwave, electric kettle and even a toaster. A very comfortable bed and a freshly renovated bathroom made the stay unforgettable. We strongly recommend this place for a pair.

Apartamento prácticamente nuevo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. La zona es muy céntrica pero, en concreto, en esa calle, las viviendas son de gente muy humilde y siempre había objetos tirados como ropa, zapatos, sillas rotas… no obstante, era tranquila y no había disturbios ni ruidos por la noche. A pesar de que ofrece capacidad para 4 personas, en nuestro caso éramos 3 y nos pareció que para 4 sería incómodo, ya que el sofá cama ocupa todo el salón-cocina. Tuvimos una serie de inconvenientes con las instalaciones y menaje, pero los propietarios lo solucionaron todo y nos compensaron la primera noche por las molestias, por lo que no fue nada que estropease nuestro viaje.

Wonderful hosts. They were flexible with my arrival time and accommodated a slightly early arrival. The apartment was very clean, with comfortable furniture and a modern style. The local neighbors were very spirited, giving you a local flavor. It was easy to get to the city square, marina, shops and restaurants, and other attractions.

Apartment is pretty good. It is small but very comfortable, new and thoughtful. Agent of Home Match was very patient, because we lost and our arrival was delayed for almost 1,5 hour. If you find it difficult to climb high, then you should know that the stairs are steep. Very friendly portugal neighbors - when i asked them for salt and pepper, they happily helped. Some problematic with parking, but we did it, you need explore the area between parking and you will do that
