Das Haus ist schön und entspricht der Beschreibung. Leider ist es aufgrund der Schiebetüren etwas hellhörig. Auch ist die Matratze des Doppelbettes sehr durchgelegen und das Bett knarzt extrem, was mit Baby im Raum etwas anstrengend war, weil es immer davon wach wurde. Die Küche ist klein, aber fein. Der Tisch wäre grundsätzlich erweiterbar, nur leider ist die Platte an der Stelle abgebrochen. Parkplätze und Cafés sind in der Gegend reichlich zu finden. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig.

Casa em perfeito estado. Facil de manter também. Extintor na parede estava muito pesado, minha filha meramente tocou no Extintor e a peça que era muito pesada para a parede simplesmente caiu levando com si um pouco da parede em si. Muito inseguro, e a decisão de pendurar-lo em uma parede tão fina foi questionavel.

Apartamento muy nuevo, preparado con muchos utensilios, electrodomésticos, lavadora, así como la terraza pequeñita y acogedora. La ubicación del apartamento está a 19 minutos andando aunque el barrio siendo residencial, no tiene nada que ver y está un poco envejecido.

Conforme à la description. Petit appartement joliment décoré. La salle de bain est très petite et manque de confort. La propreté de l’appartement et de la terrasse est moyenne.

Overall we had a lovely stay, it’s a nice accommodation on a good location. Both the beds were of good quality, we slept well. The television has a smart function to which we could connect that was great! However there are a few points of criticism, the house wasn’t cleaned well we noticed many dirty spots, and even found small pieces of trash from a past tenant. Upon arrival Miguel showed us how the shutters worked, but they were broken. Eventually they couldn’t fix it for us within our stay but we got compensated for it so that was great service. If a few little things can be improved like the cleanliness and the shutters it would have been a perfect stay. But in general we would recommend this place to others!

A casa encontra-se bem recuperada, e a localização é boa e encontrava-se limpa, à exceção dos dois tapetes existentes. O espaço exterior, apesar de pequeno acrescenta valor à estadia Falta de limpeza dos tapetes, não existência de extensões junto às cabeceiras e na kitchinette, para utilização dos eletrodomésticos. Cheiro nauseanbundo a fossas durante grande parte do tempo de estadia.
