The apartment is located in the old fishing district “Fonte Nova”. The Setubal market hall is just a few minutes’ walk away. The sea is only a few minutes away. All hot spots are within walking distance. Public parking places are in front of the building.

The space

Parquet on the floors, fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine with a dryer. King size bed for two people. A second lounge can be pulled out for more two more people or children. The apartment fulfils every wish, you will find everything for a relaxing holiday. Free high-speed Wi-Fi connection is included.

Maison magnifique et très bien située. La propriété est tout simplement incroyable 👌🏽 Il y a une machine à laver qui fait aussi sèche-linge, ce qui est très pratique. Le seul petit point à améliorer est la connexion Wi-Fi, qui est un peu faible et absence de micro-ondes, Sinon, tout est superbe, nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Merci infiniment pour cette belle expérience.

Adorei completamente o apartamento, procuro sempre apartamentos com varandas ou terraços, cozinha e que tenham o estilo de decoração que gosto. A casa que aluguei estava perfeita para os aspectos que procuro. A comunicação foi excelente, não tive qualquer problema. A casa está muito bem decorada, boa iluminação e o terraço perfeito para quem gosta de privacidade. Não tive problemas com barulho e a cozinha estava perfeitamente funcional. A única coisa que usei foi o forno porque não reparei que a casa disponibilizava temperos básicos. Tinha como lavar roupa também, o que é uma mais valia caso tivesse de ficar mais tempo. Adorei a estadia, o preço para as 2 noites foi mais que justo e vai ser uma casa a voltar sem dúvida!

apartamento muy bonito. las dos plantas dan mucho juego junto con la terraza. céntrico a tiro de piedra de Buenos restaurantes. recomendación a dos minutos :Utopico solamente un pero. solo había una copa de vino.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und gut gelegen. Leider fehlten beim Check-in Bettwäsche und Handtücher, und erst nach mehreren Anrufen wurde reagiert – die Sachen wurden dann aber noch geliefert. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung, auch wenn die Kommunikation einfacher hätte sein können.

Todo muy bien. La zona genial, el apartamento estupendo. Porresaltar algo a mejorar, la parte de arriba no tiene cortinas y entra michaclaridad por la mañana temprano, pero no es problema si madrugas. Todo de 10 aunque, eso sí, un poco caro.

Het is heerlijk ruim, en van alles voorzien. Ook het dakterras is een mooi pluspunt. Veel terrasjes in de buurt. Oude centrum op loopafstand en in de taverne tegenover het huis hebben ze voortreffelijke pastel de bacelhau. Het is een levendige buurt, maar de nachten zijn stil. Parkeren moet je een beetje geluk mee hebben maar kan wel in de buurt. De wasmachine deed het helaas niet, en na een filmpje op verzoek van homematch is er niet meer gereageerd. Er mag iets meer aandacht aan de compleetheid gegeven worden, zo was er bijvoorbeeld maar 1 wijnglas en is van1 eetkamerstoel de zitting kapot.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern apartment right in the heart of Setúbal. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with everything we needed just outside the door. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed, feeling very fresh and contemporary. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable base to explore Setúbal!

A well-located apartment in the Old Town, within easy reach of the ferry to Tróia and the bus to Arrábida. The space is spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished - ideal for a long weekend or short stay. It had everything I needed, and the location made exploring the area simple - and only a short walk to everything - including decent restaurants (I liked Restaurante u Tópico and Peixoco for fresh fish).
