The space

Welcome to our suite!

This suite is a spacious and well-ventilated room with two single beds. The beds will be fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well!

The room has large windows that allow plenty of natural light to come in and brightens the space. The private bathroom is for your exclusive use and is equipped with all you need for your stay, such as a shower, a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The bed can be separated to make two single beds.

Free WiFi is available, and the TV is also a great way to relax and watch your favourite shows after a day of exploring the area.

The suite has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your health and safety.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Well located, a little loud because of the bars around, but i wasn’t too disturbing.

Situé au bord du port, beaucoup de restaurant à proximité. La chambre et la salle de bain sont conformes à la description, tout s’est très bien passé

La ubicación y la habitación en general estaba bien pero sin más. La insonoridad de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear. Y la atención al público no existe, se hace raro que no tengas una recepción para tener un trato humano después de un largo viaje a otro país. Puedo estar anticuado pero me parece lo más normal .

Lo único que me gustaron fueron las vistas al río Sado, aunque también es cierto que la ventana está encima de la terraza de un restaurante y se ve en primer plano todo el techo del bar. Hay que advertir a las personas que vayan que el alojamiento está rodeado de discotecas y pubs. Aunque las autoridades tienen limitado el volumen y los locales deben permanecer con ventanas y puertas cerradas, esto no siempre se cumple. En nuestra habitación retumbaban las paredes de algún pub cercano que no cumplía las normas. No pasamos buena noche, aunque es cierto que luego el dueño del alojamiento, que no la empresa que lo gestiona, se preocupó de nosotros y se interesó para poner la correspondiente denuncia a estos locales. Por otro lado, la empresa que gestiona el local hizo caso omiso a nuestros mensajes. Todo esto con un precio bastante elevado: casi 150 euros un fin de semana de mayo.

La descripción del sitio no corresponde exactamente con la realidad. Se dice casa. Pero es una habitación, grande y confortable pero habitación. No hay cafetería ni sitio comunes. Me costó contactar con la propiedad.

Estava tudo maravilhoso apenas a limpeza da cama tem que ser feita com mais cuidado pois havia cabelo curto que parecia ser de barba ou de homem e um bicho pequeno que rasteja estava de baixo da coberta. A localização e arredores estava ótimo, a casa de banho ótima, o barulho de fora foi silenciado pelas janelas e foi só mesmo a limpeza da cama que deveria estar melhor.

A casa de banho está mal construída com a porta ao lado do duche. A casa de banho fica com muita água, o banho devia ter uma porta e não ser aberto

Foi uma boa estadia, a localização é ótima, o quarto estava igual ao o anúncio. A tv não estava a funcionar mas isso não foi um grande problema para nós. recomendo!

Sehr schönes Zimmer, alles sehr sauber. Gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Direkt unter dem Zimmer befindet sich ein sehr leckeres Fischrestaurant. Das einzige was man wissen sollte ist, dass es dort am Wochenende sehr laut ist. Es befinden sich in direkter Nähe viele Bars und ein Motorad Club. Der Lärmpegel war bis 5 Uhr morgens sehr hoch. Wen das nicht stört, tolle Unterkunft.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht und ist super sauber. Am Freitag und Samstag kann es etwas lauter werden, da einige Clubs in der Nähe sind, jedoch hat uns das nicht gestört.

Espaço aconchegante e bem perto da praia! Restaurantes bons perto e de fácil acesso. O estacionamento à volta do alojamento é pago. A casa de banho um pouco pequena e o resguardo do chuveiro deixa passar água para as outras zonas da casa de banho.

What a welcoming and well setup apartment! We had a wonderful time with this as our arrival point in Setúbal. It was perfect location on waterfront where there are many restaurants, had everything we needed and felt super clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come again!

Great place and location. Love the decor and quality of the place. Easy comms and nice downstairs restaurant with good food and service. Only negative thing was that when showering you have to be careful that the water doesn’t run into out of the bath as there’s nothing to stop it. Because I didn’t pay attention, the water all the way in to where my Macbook was charging on the floor and created a bit of pool very very quickly which gave me a highly stressful and wet check-out experience. I hope they will fix the issue. Then I’ll deffo be back :)

Localização excelente, check in muito fácil e a qualquel hora. Muitos bons restaurantes perto. A um passo da serra da arrábida. Os blackouts deixam entrar muita luz, assim que o sol nasce fica muita luz no quarto Ouve-se algum barulha de uma discoteca perto. O isolamento para os outros quartos também não é muito bom, ouvem-se bem os "vizinhos do quarto ao lado"

Adoramos os quartos recentes e espaçosos Levar com a música de uma discoteca mesmo ao lado do quarto, pelas instalações merecia melhor isolamento acústico, como fui para descansar levei isso bastante em conta, de resto o quarto era muito bom.
