Great location in historic district, a short walk to the main drag Luisa Todi. Quiet. Plenty of free parking directly outside. Very clean and modern, comfortable beds and soft towels. Lovely private courtyard. Easy check in and out. Kitchen was clean and modern, but no food such as spices, etc. so if you intend to cook there be prepared to buy everything.

Schöne und komfortable Unterkunft in perfekter Lage. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt und in der Umgebung sind gut erreichbar und es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Menschen in Setúbal waren sehr freundlich und warmherzig. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

We particularly loved the patio at the rear of the house. A peaceful area to sit and relax. And we enjoyed Setubal; a slightly different seaside destination; great seafood restaurants and a wonderful Oyster Bar on the sea front. And easy access to the Natural Park with it's wonderful walking. Setubal is historic and down at heel and we loved it all the more for that

Passei uns dias com a minha família nesta casa e correu bem apesar de um início mais atribulado pois houve atraso inicial no check-in (sem aviso prévio) e não gostei de me ter deparado à chegada com loiça suja na máquina de lavar e sem cápsulas disponíveis para usar a máquina. As camas são muito confortáveis, um dos quartos é virado para a rua e ouve-se os barulhos dos carros mas como não é uma rua muito movimentada, deu para dormir bem na mesma. De resto correu tudo bem, o apartamento é moderno, limpo e confortável.

All in all it was a great place to stay! Looked like the pictures and it was modern and tidy. The area is very quite and maybe a bit of the outer circle of most of the restaurants/center of setubal (but still in walking distance) . But the beach is close by and it had a great bakery up the road. Communication with HomeMatch was very useful and quick. Can absolutely recommend to stay here if you are considering going to this beautiful part outside Lisbon. Only negative - on arrival there was some ants in the bathroom. It was probably due to that the door to the backyard was open on arrival. After having the door mostly closed the number of ants decreased and soon dissapeard. HomeMatch also took the feedback and made sure to check it when the did housekeeping.

Casa nueva y muy bien equipada, bien situada para ir andando a la zona vieja de Setúbal, pudimos aparcar el coche en una calle cercana sin problema, en la misma calle no se puede porque es estrecha y de dos direcciones, a veces molestaba un poco el tráfico, pero nada muy molesto. La comunicación con la empresa que lo gestiona no me pareció muy fluida, ya que cuando íbamos ya de camino no había recibido respuesta clara sobre la entrada al apartamento y eso nos hizo estar un poco inseguros.
