localização perfeita, bem central perto de tudo. o apartamento em si um luxo, porém deixa a desejar na eletricidade, é frio e o quadro de energia não aguenta os eletrodomésticos, caia direto. A entrada muito antiga e totalmente sem luz, problema na fechadura para abrir a porta do prédio e infelizmente por obras no apartamento ao lado foi um pouco desagradável durante a nossa estadia. mas em geral recomendo e voltaria, muito bom!

Мы были в Сетубале в ноябре, приехали из Лиссабона поздно вечером, нашли дом без проблем, но попасть внутрь получилось не сразу, замок очень старый, как и парадная, ключ не удавалось повернуть, дверь и замок можно размещать в историческом музее. Сама парадная также в ужасном состоянии, света нет, достаточно крутая лестница, куда непросто затащить чемоданы. В квартире было очень холодно, пол просто ледяной. К счастью в доме был обогреватель, но при включеном обогревателе вы не можете включить фен или чайник, потому что из-за плохой проводки электричество отключится во всей квартире и нужно будет идти за дверь включать рубильник. Служба поддержки в Airbnb отвечала быстро, но помочь ничем не могли. Думаю летом этих проблем не будет. Локация квартиры отличная, в 5 минутах набережная, рынок, парк, магазины.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und in guter Lage, alles war zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und antwortet immer sehr schnell.

Good location, close to the old town. Parking in the main Street payable between 9am -7pm on weekdays , 9-1 on Saturdays and free on Sundays. Sometimes all places taken, but not bad. Newly redecorated apartament. Comfortable for a short stay.

Ficamos muito satisfeitos no geral. No entanto, as obras que estavam a ser feitas no telhado, causaram algum desconforto devido ao barulho constante. A cama de casal carece de manutenção porque o estrado tem algumas ripas partidas e outras nem sequer estão lá, o que torna a cama bastante desconfortável. O colchão e as almofadas, ambos demasiado macios, também não ajudam. O local corresponde à descrição e é uma boa relação qualidade/preço. No geral ficámos bastante satisfeitos... limpeza, espaço e restantes comodidades acima da média!

This property was clean, tidy and decorated nicely. Was in a great central location making it easy to walk around. I would recommend this property to anyone spending some time in Setubal.

Loved the location - convenient to everything we wanted to do. I wish it had a key pad rather than having a single set of keys needed to come and go. The keys are picked up at an office away from the accommodations, but we were able to leave our luggage at that office, since we arrived before checkin time, which allowed us to explore the area. You do need to be able to carry your luggage up 20 steps to get to the unit, but it is beautifully remodeled. Because of the convenient location and our overall experience, we would stay there again.

Appartement fonctionnel et propre, le basique pour faire la cuisine, grande hauteur sous plafond, attention pas de clim et café avec les habitués qui se disputent et parlent fort juste en bas :) à part ça rue très calme. Attention au parking vous risquez de vous faire enlever la voiture si vous la garez juste en bas!

The apartment was spacious and clean when we arrived. If you're looking for peace and quiet, though, I would reconsider. The neighborhood was quite loud with the cafes and renovations happening on the block. Checking in was a bit of a hassle as we had to go to a separate location to get the keys from a lockbox. We also had some trouble with the electricity and blowing out the circuit breaker when using the stove, kitchen light, and toaster at the same time. For short stays, it's a good choice.

The apartment is nice, as in the photos. The description didn’t match in some details, there’s no dishwasher and no air conditioning, I told house match team as I noticed, but up to today, the description still the same. There is dryer machine and hair dryer, which were not in the description. The major problem that the apartment has shown was solved in the moment.
