Quiet place on a tiny street. Has all the basics you need in a nicely remodeled space. Just bring an eye mask, since there is a street lamp mounted on the building and the upper parts of the windows (up high) are frosted, but there are no curtains, so the room never is fully dark.

Der Checkin war sehr unkompliziert. Wir wurden vor Ort zur verabredeten Zeit persönlich begrüßt. Der Checkout erfolgte eigenständig. Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt. Auch ein Ventilator, ein Fön und eine Erstversorgung an Kaffeekapseln, Spülmittel, Gewürzen und Waschmaschienentabs waren vorhanden, was wir sehr positiv fanden. Obwohl die Unterkunft in einem kleinen Gässchen im Zentrum liegt, haben wir während der Tageszeit immer einen nahegelegenen Parkplatz gefunden. Boutiquen, Lebensmittelläden, die Markthalle, der Strand, Restaurants und Cafés und alles was man sonst benötigt, war sehr gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gegend im Allgemeinen war in Ordnung - Etwas lebendiger und stellenweise etwas heruntergekommen (seltsame Gestalten). Im Zentrum aber nichts ungewöhnliches. Nachts war es aber soweit ruhig. Einziges Manko war für uns, dass das Lüften ohne Blicke der gegenüberliegenden Nachbarn fast unmöglich war.

Estadia fantástica em Setúbal! A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a paragens para as praias. O apartamento é bem iluminado e possui todos os artigos mencionados no anúncio. Fomos recebidos pelo Flávio, que foi super simpático, acolheu-nos muito bem e recomendou ótimos restaurantes na zona. O apartamento é super acolhedor, extremamente limpo e agradável. O custo-benefício é excelente pelo preço que pagámos. Apenas algumas sugestões para melhorar a experiência: adicionar uma colher de pau para facilitar a confecção de jantares, um copo para escovas de dentes na casa de banho e um ventilador para os dias mais quentes, já que, mesmo com a janela aberta, a luz do poste de iluminação impede-nos de dormir. Recomendamos vivamente e esperamos voltar em breve!

O local esta em um local muito bom para caminhar no centro da Cidade, praias e até mesmo pontos turísticos. Além disso, tem muito facilidade para estacionar na rua e encontrar mercados ao redores. Para quem quer ir para Lisboa é esta de carro, em 30 minutos estará lá. Gostei do espaço e para duas pessoas ou não, está muito bom. Parabéns por tudo e pela recepção também…

Sehr schönes Zimmer, super Lage und alles sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das einzige Problem war das Bett, welches stark geknarzt und gequietscht hat wenn man sich bewegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank für das tolle Zimmer :)

The room is simple but very clean and modern. I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as a pod for the washing machine and the Nespresso machine, and ice cube tray filled. The sheets/towels/floors were very clean. The hosts made check-in very easy, we’re always reachable, and were flexible with the check in time. If you need darkness and quiet, bring an eye mask and earplugs. My only feedback for improvement would be to add a full length mirror to the room. Overall I thought the price was extremely reasonable for such a pleasant stay in a perfectly located home in the city of Setubal!
