I really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean, exactly the size I was expecting, and within walking distance of everything I needed. In fact, I walked pretty much everywhere, and never more than 20 mins - for groceries. I was a bit worried about noise, based on some of the reviews. The fact is that this is not a hotel, nor is it in a fancy neighborhood. It’s a typical setubal place in the core. Average people living their lives. So, yeah, you could hear some of the fun they were having. It didn’t bother me at all. But I guess I’m not as precious as some. As for the noise of the people upstairs, again, it’s people living their lives. They walk. They move things around sometimes. On the weekends, they have people over. And this isn’t a soundproof hotel room. It was perfectly quiet by 11 pm. The kitchen isn’t conducive for cooking large or complicated meals, but anything using an induction stovetop is fine. All in all, it was perfect for me.
