Zona tranquila, com acesso a tudo, sem a necessidade de andar de carro. Em relação à casa, a porta e fechadura de entrada tanto de baixo como de cima para o espaço, tem pouca segurança. A água tem pouca pressão. O estore da casa de banho, não fecha totalmente, o espelho que deveria estar por cima do lavatório, está por cima da sanita. O chão encontrava-se sujo com tinta e junto a cama, estava um troço de rodapé solto.
