Booked the flat for a work trip, and it was great for that. We were four colleagues. The location was top. Three minutes to the beach for morning swims, and there was a bakery and small shop to buy stuff for breakfast on the way back. Central location with lots of restaurants nearby.

Excellent townhouse in the historic district of Sesimbra. Close to the beach and to restaurants. Rui was friendly and always responsive. We were a group of 6 and the house really worked for us. Would definitely recommend!

Great location with a short walk to the beach, supermarket and bakery right downstairs. There is no parking option in front (like all of Sesimbra) but an easy option a 10m walk away. Rui was very helpful and responsive, the place has everything you need

Dears - one of the best appartments and places I have visited. The appartment is renovated, modern in a nice way, very clean and have all needed! Rui´s customerservice is also at the "next level" , friendly, reliable and caring. This was our second visit at Rui´s place and looking forward to the next one! Also the location is perfect - "downtown" Sesimbra, only few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful. Thank you for an excellent week in Sesimbra!

What an amazingly beautiful place!! Walking distance to the beach, spacious & modern, one cannot ask for anything more! We had the most amazing experience in Sesimbra and would recommend 100%! I especially loved how accommodating Rui was and how welcoming he was to our large group of 4 children! So many children items it felt like home :)

Casa muy cómoda, practica y bien equipada para compartir de a muchas personas! Muy buena ubicación respecto al centro de Sesimbra y la playa, lindo entorno (estacionar no es de lo mas sencillo). Las habitaciones y espacios comunes son suficientemente amplios, muy buena cocina, todo muy bien equipado y un gran plus la terraza con grill y la posibilidad de ver el mar! Una muy buena opción para compartir con mucha gente unos días en Sesimbra y las playas cercanas.

Great at communicating, organised and responsive. Alexandre always promptly replied to questions. Area felt very safe with everything you need from restaurants to shops very close. The only issue we had was noise from a nearby church clock and limited parking.

We enjoyed our stay in this house in Sesimbra. The location is perfect near the sea and everything worked really fine. The house was clean and equipped properly. Alexandre is very nice person to communicate with.
