Very clean flat and good location for Setubal centre (10 min walk). Slightly run down area and flat was sparsely furnished .

Great place near central Setúbal, right across from the ferries to Troia and near to the better fish restaurants. Train station around the corner if you fancy a trip to Lisbon. The neighborhood can get rowdy, but double glazing does wonders and despite being a light sleeper I never had any issues.

Very nice and charming place. We had Everything that we needed. The terrace on the roof which is for all guests was our highlight. Very calm and nicely decorated. The room and the terrace were all in the „marina“ Style. We‘d surely stay again here.

Logement bien placé et l'accès au centre est idéal. Un peu de bruit car une voie ferrée et le quais en face mais fenêtres fermées super isolation sonore. Le logement était propre (linges, serviettes), et fonctionnel, avec une climatisation présente.

Excellent séjour dans ce logement que je recommande vivement avec une vue imprenable sur le port. Il est vrai que le train passe non loin mais le double vitrage des fenêtres est très efficace donc cela ne nous a pas du tout déranger. Super emplacement pour se déplacer à pied dans Setubal, ferry pour Troia à 5 min à pied ! Une terrasse sur le toit offrant une belle vue sur le port et une partie de la ville. Le seul hic est l’invasion de fourmis dans le logement donc surtout ne rien laisser au sol (bagage). Canapé pas du tout confortable que je recommande vivement de changer. Je recommande fortement ce logement !

Excellent location right in the heart of restaurants and shops. Not easy to find per se but host is very communicative and sends pictures to help guide to the door. Clean space. Very well appointed. We had just about everything we needed.

Brilliant place to stay. We stayed for 3 nights and worked from the Airbnb which was ideal. We could have stayed much longer though! The room was perfect. There is also a beautiful rooftop terrace which is great for eating / working / watching the sunset. Setubal is a great town with lots of nice restaurants, close to Arrabiba national park which has great beaches. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Bel appartement avec tout ce dont nous avions besoin. 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. Nous avons même pu avoir le logement bien avant l'heure habituelle. Stationnement gratuit possible à la porte mais souvent déjà occupé ce qui n'est pas un problème car à quelques minutes il y a un stationnement payant à faible coût et in peu plus loin c'est gratuit. Communication rapide et efficace avec Home match. Nous recommandons cet endroit

Great for a short stay. Near the ferry to Troia. Only downside is the train noise. I would also recommend adding a coffee kettle in the room as not everyone likes to make coffee with capsules or will have the time to go buy them at a supermarket. Otherwise please provide at least 2 capsules for the first night.
