Local sossegado. Facil acesso, perto da avenida principal. A casa estava limpa mas faltavam alguns utensilios/objetos essenciais ao dia a dia.

+This apartment is part of a small apartment cluster which is located on a private territory. The territory has a small garden and the gate to the street locks making the apartments feel secure. The street itself is quite shabby though. The apartment we got was small, but very clean and freshly renovated. It had everything needed for a few days stay. - The neighbours (not residents of the apartment complex) were pretty noisy in the mornings and afternoons, it didn't bother us much as they were quite at nighttime. There is some mold growth that causes paint peeling on the walls. Generally it's a good place to stay. We would come again:)
