We had rented this place before and the apartment is big with a terrace well located. Check in was chaotic probably due to the season and the fact this place is now managed by a conciergerie.

It’s a really spacious and relaxing apartment in the edge of the city. Easy street parking and great location to explore the beautiful beaches and National park area on its door step.

The appartment itself is quite nice and comfortable. The terrace with the big lemon tree is a plus. So we enjoyed this appartment and it was also not a loud area of the city. There was a little misunderstanding with the internet line. We did not know that the whole neighbourhood depends on the internet of the tourists apparment. I did put off the wi-fi because of bad frequencies and then we get to know that the neighbours had no internet because of that. In our home country every household has its own, so this was new to us.

Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Apartment! Super Ausstattung und im Vergleich zu vielen anderen sehr groß! Vor allem die Terrasse ist sehr schön.

Le logement est propre et très fonctionnel. La climatisation était la bienvenue. Espace extérieur très agréable, cependant il faudrait changer le parasol qui n'est plus fonctionnel. Il manque également un étendoir pour le linge. Pour le reste, parfait, belle appartement, agréable et confortable. L'emplacement dans un quartier populaire et calme, à 10 minutes de l'avenue Louisa Todi et 15 minutes à pied du fort saint Felipe. Aucun problème pour se garer devant la maison. La voiture est restée garée durant tout notre séjour. Nous avons tout fait à pied ou en bus. Nous sommes allés à la plage tous les jours en transport en commun. top! Magnifique appartement, très propre et très bien situé. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont neuves et très bien équipées, la chambre est très grande et très calme. La terrasse permet aussi de profiter de repas et de repos à en extérieur. L’accueil de Maria Teresa est très sympathique et très agréable. Très bon séjour ! Je recommande
