We were told that the washing machine was not on the advertisement when we requested a detergent. Finally it was clarified that washing machine is not functioning (thought the instruction was in the kitchen's drawer). But when you see the appliance in the kitchen you assume it can be used. That is a misleading. It should be clearly mentioned in the advertisement that the appliance is not working to avoid the disappointment of the renters. We also had issues entering the apartment using the digital access software. So, if something happens to your phone, then you sleep on the street. We believe there should be an alternative way to enter the apartment. On the bright side is the location. It is perfect, right in the historic city center with plenty of cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sauber in guter Lage. Einzig zu bemängeln war eine nervige App die zu Öffnung der Tür benötigt wurde.

La location et le logement sont très biens. La clé virtuelle a besoin d'amélioration. La première fois elle a fonctionné. La seconde fois, elle avait perdu le statut. Elle me disait que la porte était ouverte alors qu'elle était vérouillée. Le micro-onde a presque pris en feu. Le magnétotron est trop usé. On n'a pas réussi à trouver le séchoir à cheveux.

Lovely place and great location. Could have done without having to check in online on the train on the way there without knowing all the details needed to do so (passport numbers of everyone staying for example) and having to download an app to get into the apartment added another level of unneeded stress as it was my elderly mother staying there...

Excellent location of the apartment, in the very center of the city. Good furniture and comfortable beds. Very nice view from the balcony. There is a grill. A little noisy from the balcony side because of the bar. But if you close the doors, it is quiet in the bedrooms. The only big minus is the very old kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher) and all the dishes. In general, if you change all the dishes from knives to frying pans, we would come back again.

Nós gostamos muito, pequena estadia muito simpatica, um unico problema com a fechadura de entrada que é feita por codigo, não há chave, necessário instalar uma aplicação, mas a empresa ajudou nos rapidamente.

Espaço super agradável, aconchegante, com uma pequena varanda para 2 pessoas. Só faltava máquina de café e torradeira, mas são coisas que não são obrigatoriamente essenciais a toda a gente. Fácil de encontrar e perto de zonas muito bonitas da cidade

Wir waren 3 Tage in Sétubal und haben die zentrale Lage sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Anfangs klappte der elektronische Schlüssel im Eingangstor nicht, konnte aber schnell behoben werden. Auch waren keine Handtücher bei Anreise vorhanden, das wurde erst am nächsten Tag für uns organisiert . Die Küche war was Gläser betrifft etwas spärlich ausgestattet, auch gab es keinen Korkenzieher, da wir nur auswärts gegessen haben, hat uns das nicht gestört. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber, die Betten gut, die Zimmer groß und geräumig und die Lage perfekt.

Muy buena ubicación y la casa es grande y confortable :) Además la comunicación es fácil y están muy atentos a lo que necesites. 100% recomendable ☺️

Apartamento amplio, limpio, con mucha luz, en una ubicacion excelente. Anfitrión amable y dispuesto. Echamos en falta algún equipamiento, (sabanas y toallas de repuesto...) , hemos estado muy cómodos.
