Pros: The apartment was nice and in walking distance from many restaurants and the beach. ACs, Wifi, TV etc worked fine. Nicely decorated. The girl who cleaned the place was very kind. Cons: When we arrived, we had no info on how to unlock the electronic door lock. Only very shortly before checkin did we get the info to download a specific app and the instructions on how to proceed. The apartment was not ready when we arrived at check in time. Had to wait 1,5 hours. The Wifi info in the apartment was wrong (different name). We could have used a broom or some more cleaning supplies to not have sand everywhere every day after the beach. The traffic was a little loud at night. But this is the downside of being so close to the centre. All in all a good place to stay, although it was a bit too pricey in my opinion.
