The property is very spacious and could accommodate a large group. Parking is on street so the availability varies. The kitchen is well equipped and the tumble dryer was a practical plus. There is a low ceiling half way up the stairs which was ok for our family as we max out at 1.72 m but anyone taller would need to be very careful. The beds are very comfortable and there was a generous amount of bath towels. We enhoyed the snug/home office so we could do some work online. There is good wifi.

The apartment is good, it was clean and nice when we arrived. The check-in and the access to the home was easy. There was free parking in front of the house on the street. There are a couple of restaurants and grocery stores close to the apartment, walking distance. The small issue that we had was, that none of the interior doors of rooms were closing, they were all a little rusty and damaged. Especially the bottom bathroom door where the bathtub was, had no closing mechanism, it was damaged and hasn't been fixed yet, so showering and going to the toilet wasn't as private as you would have liked. We were missing small hand towels in the bottom bathroom and table cloths in the kitchen, it was only one hand towel per person and one table cloth for the kitchen. We were there for 6 days, and one towel per person and one table cloth is not enough.

Super zentrale Lage in einem großen Haus. Schöne Terrasse. Mobiliar etwas in die Jahren gekommen aber OK. Gute Betten in den Schlafzimmer

Nice place to stay in Setubal! Easy to find parking on the street and easy to walk to restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our time here!

Nice home, spacious. However I needs some love...the door to one of the bathrooms did not lock and one of the bedrooms door wouldn't stay closed (had to put a chair against it to keep it closed. Toilet paper was nowhere to be found, I understand some places don't include it but at least a single roll per bathroom should be a must for when a guest arrives

Super fijn verblijf , groter dan verwacht en op een fijne locatie rustige locatie. Hou alleen rekening mee met het parkeren, de plekken kunnen erg schaars zijn, maar dit geeft de Host van te voren al aan. Zeer fijne verblijf zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Uma estadia extremamente tranquila e confortável! A casa é renovada e muito bem decorada, os cômodos estavam todos limpos. O quintal é agradável e um ótimo lugar para almoços ao ar livre. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Apesar de não ter estacionamento privativo, não foi difícil encontrar estacionamento quase em frente a casa. O anfitrião foi atencioso e respondeu a todas minhas questões muito rápido! Se pudesse, daria mais estrelas! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
