Gorgeous property, exactly as described. Incredible location with beautiful views across Setubal. The agent was fantastic, very responsive and helpful throughout. The property was pristinely clean. We cannot wait to return, thank you!

The home was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Such a cool experience and an incredible view of Setubal, the nearby fortress and the river. Gorgeous both day and night. The home was clean, had most everything we needed in terms of space, kitchen, etc. We gravitated to hanging outside because it was such a nice space. The rooms were all good size with comfortable beds and more than enough bathrooms. Our challenge was we did not have a car for the full time, or for our full group, so getting to and from town and hiking up and down the hill was a challenge. We tried to use Bolt (uber) a few times and had to walk most of the way down the hill for them to find us, even after dropping pins and describing our location near the fortress. We only had workable Wifi the first day, and it did not work after that unfortunately. You also must have the gate clicker to get in and out which is difficult to coordinate when you have multiple people staying there. But would stay here again!

Das Haus liegt wirklich sehr schön, mit traumhaften Ausblick. Es gibt fünf Zimmer, die alle ein eigenes Bad haben. Wir haben den Aufenthalt und insbesondere die schöne Terrasse sehr genossen. Man kann in der großen Küche toll kochen. Auch zu Fuss ist man relativ schnell in Setubal. Nachts empfiehlt sich dieser Weg eher mit dem Auto. Leider gibt es reichlich Mücken, daher sollte man ausgiebig Mückenschutz mitnehmen und die Fenster erst öffnen, wenn das Licht aus ist. Was wir nicht so schön fanden, ist der grelle Scheinwerfer, der die Terrasse ab 20 Uhr beleuchtet und in Tag helles Licht taucht. Dieser Scheinwerfer geht automatisch an und ließ sich trotz Nachfrage nicht deaktivieren. Das hat abends ein bisschen die schöne Stimmung getrübt. Ansonsten ist das Haus absolut zu empfehlen und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Nos alojamos en julio 10 personas. 6 adultos y cuatro niñas. La casa es tan grande que no tienes problemas de aglomeración, además el entorno ayuda al tener mucha zona al aire libre. Las vistas son espectaculares, la casa se sitúa a las afueras de la ciudad en un entorno de árboles lo que hace que tengas mucha tranquilidad lejos del ruido de la ciudad. Nosotros no tuvimos problemas con la electricidad y wifi, como he visto en otros comentarios. La única recomendación, es que si se va en verano se vaya con antimosquitos, al estar en un lugar lleno de árboles hay bastantes. Hay una persona de seguridad que se pasa por la finca, hubiese sido bueno saberlo. Cuando nos pusimos en contacto con Home Match nos indicaron que se pasaba una persona por la noche por seguridad, pero un día se pasó por la tarde cuando estábamos en la terraza con el consiguiente susto para las niñas.

The house and grounds are fantastic. 2 adults, 2 kids, we could have fitted another family. We had no problems with the WiFi/Electricity which I read on other reviews. The Lemon and Orange trees in fruit were a bonus. Space for kids to explore. Spectacular views. Lots of outside seating areas and little alcoves to drink coffee or have a beer. Setubal is a lovely town with tons of nice beaches within a short distance. If we were to look for issues, the only 1 we'd have is that they could do with getting a few new pans. The ones there had lost their 'non stick'. Finally, you are staying in a house on the outskirts of a town in some wilderness. You'll find some insects about the place - this is normal. Overall we would really recommend a stay here, we will be back.

Wir waren mit 7 Personen zu Gast. Die Lage des Hauses ist atemberaubend, die Sauberkeit war vorbildlich, wir hatten zu jeder Zeit eine gute Warmwasserversorgung - was bei so vielen Menschen schon mal problematisch sein kann. Der umgebende Park ist riesig und wir durften uns an den Früchten (Orangen, Zitronen, Mispeln) bedienen, die köstlich schmeckten. Die Betten hatten sehr gute Matratzen. Die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich bot zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten, wir hatten wunderbare Essen am dem großen Tisch auf der Terrasse. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlieft äußerst kurzfristig; allerdings leider nicht immer zu unserer Zufriedenheit: Wir hatten trotz mehrmaliger Technikerbesuche 3 Tage kein WLAN (wofür wir bislang keine Erstattung erhalten haben). Gewöhnungsbedürftig war auch die Tatsache, dass es verboten war Toilettenpapier auf der Toilette zu verwenden. Als wir kochen wollten, während die Klima-Anlage lief, fiel der Strom aus.

Villa qui son son charme et son style , pas de bling bling cela reste dans la simplicité et sobriété , demeure qui est située sur un bel emplacement , tranquillité, paisible ,vue sur la ville et son port ,loin du bruit de la ville , cela étant dit c'est le mois de février . Tout est accessible restaurants magasins , les plages a 40mn a pied . Surement a refaire.

Passamos 3 noites em família para celebrar o Natal. A localização da villa é excepcional (uma vista magnífica, sem vizinhos próximos), nós adoramos. No entanto, tivemos alguns problemas com a eletricidade. Se cozinharmos e aquecermos um ou dois quartos ao mesmo tempo, os fusíveis desarmam. A pessoa que fez o check-in não nos avisou sobre isso e ainda esqueceu de nos entregar a chave para abrir o quadro elétrico localizado fora da casa. Resultado: ficamos uma hora no escuro e no frio, presos dentro da villa (o portão elétrico ficou bloqueado por causa da falta de energia). Seria bom investir em uma cozinha a gás para minimizar os problemas elétricos ou, pelo menos, avisar os hóspedes sobre essa questão! Por fim, a pessoa que veio fazer o check-out (a mesma do check-in) chegou com 45 minutos de atraso e não achou necessário se desculpar. Um serviço que não está à altura do nível da villa alugada e do preço cobrado.

Casa fabulosa con unas vistas impresionante y una gran parcela para poder disfrutarla. La casa es tal cual aparece en las fotos. La comunicación fue excelente. Como punto negativos, al igual que en otro comentarios, nos quedamos sin luz y tuvimos que esperar 1 hora para que vinieran a a subir el diferencial que estaba en el exterior de la casa. Solicitamos también una cuna que a nuestra llegada no estaba y nos pidieron en un principio 20€ por ella(en ningún sitio hay referencia a esto).La cuna carecía de colchón y por ese motivo no nos cobraron nada.
