We were pleased with the location which is very close to "the action". The road out front can be noisy, but once the shutters are closed at night for sleep it is perfectly fine. The apartment itself is great with just enough furniture and kitchen amenities. I would absolutely stay here again! A few things I would like to mention for future guests that will make arrival easier are: The apartment is on the first floor if taking the elevator. If taking the stairs, it's on the first floor you get to after a bunch of stairs. It is located at the end of a long hallway and has a large "V" beside the door. Most times we entered the building, the door from the street was unlocked. If you have a rental car, parking is a hassle. Pay parking is everywhere. We found a free parking lot about a 15 minute walk away. I highly recommend it! Google a restaurant called Mineiro(painted green and orange) and the parking is beside it. It's a dirt lot with lots of space.

Pros: The apartment was clean and up to a high standard, including the bathroom. You’re central to shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. The price is affordable and fair . It was comfortable and you felt right at home The host was efficient Cons: Parking was a bit difficult to find though if you have a car. TV and air con remotes were not working A drain smell came from the bathroom from time to time (not always) although closing the door worked. Thank you for a lovely stay

I really liked the apartment. When booking, it wasn’t entirely clear from the photos whether the bedroom was a separate room. It turned out that there are sliding doors, which made the apartment very comfortable for two people. It was very quiet, with no noise from the street. I also loved the beautiful view from the window. Another great thing was that there was always parking available right in front of the building.

Great location, the listing is clean and matches the photos. Very warm place, and the building is totally renovated. They should improve their puntuality at check in. We informed our arrival time 3 days before, and remided them 4 hours before on check in day, and when we arrived there was no one waiting for check in. We had to call them and wait 40 minutes outside in the cold for someone to come and give us the keys. Some of us had travelled since 5 am and were tired, so it was inconvenient. Some paper towels, a few sugar sticks would be great too.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral. Innenstadt und Markthalle sind in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Alles war super sauber, sehr komfortabel. Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es für den Gastgeber. Wir haben 45 Min. auf die Schlüsselübergabe gewartet..... ansonsten alles perfekt.

The stay at Setúbal was comfortable, the location is great, in the city centre but the windows block the noise. The host was always responsive, everything went smoothly.

Pros: central walkable location, everything inside is new, lots of natural light, gorgeous old windows, kitchen equipped for short stays. there a supermarket and a market nearby, the river is very close and the city centre is literally around the corner. Warm inside in October and no other noise besides traffic. The apartment is beautifully designed. Cons: we had to wait a bit for the host with keys even after providing the exact arrival time - not great if you don't have wifi or roaming. The wc flush is extremely noisy (and the bathroom is right next to the bedroom). One other big thing - the apartment is not fully accessible as advertised. Yes, there is an elevator but also 12 steps to get from the elevator to the apartment. Not recommended if you need accessibility.

o espaço era praticamente novo e tudo muito limpo e organizado. o colchão do quarto era óptimo! na zona central onde havia supermercados e cafés por perto. na cozinha só acrescentava uma toalha de mesa. de resto tinha tudo o necessário para umas pequenas férias. recomendo
