O apartamento está muito bem localizado, em uma zona com muitos bares e restaurantes, um supermercado praticamente a frente, além de farmácias, ATM… O prédio é bastante conservado, limpo e com de fácil acesso pelas escadas. As fotos mostram exatamente o que é o apartamento, muita luz natural, mobiliário em ótimo estado e muito funcional. A limpeza foi o que mais me chamou atenção, estava impecável, não há nada que apontar sobre isso, apenas elogiar. A cama é ótima, colchão muito confortável, lençóis e toalhas limpos e com cheiro agradável. Casa de banho com espaço ideal, sem mofo ou qualquer tipo de sujeira, simplesmente impecável. A cozinha merece alguma atenção para quem pretende fazer muitas refeições no local, pois tem poucos utensílios, não encontramos por exemplo talheres, guardanapos de papel e nem taças de vinho, mas se você vai para fazer suas refeições sempre fora, isso não será um problema. Adoramos nossa estadia e recomendamos fielmente este alojamento. Espero voltar!

Location was outstanding, apartments seemed very new and the apartment itself was perfect, bathroom was beautiful (aside from slight stagnant smell seeming to come from the toilet water- put it down to the building being so new and not very used.) great air cons/heaters in both bedroom and living room. Unfortunately we got very unlucky as immediately underneath us a chicken shop was being built from day we arrived, with builders starting at 8am until 9-10pm 7 days a week including Sunday mornings which was obviously frustrating but not the fault of the Airbnb so I don’t want to mark the apartment down as they were very easy to communicate with, and the flat itself was so great. Will be a perfect spot for a getaway, would stay again in a heartbeat- especially as the shop downstairs was completed and open the day we left (impressive as it was a building site the day we arrived- can’t fault the work ethic though would have loved at least a weekend lie in!) Definitely recommend!

We spent 2 weeks in this place. Fantastic location. Best view of Luiza Todi Ave. Best restaurants all around. Pingo Doce supermarket and the Mercado do Livramento Market place right across the road. the apartment is spacious, clean, new and well kept. The bed is large and most comfortable mattress. The bathroom is spaciuos and plenty hot water. Both A/C kept us nice and warm. All this said, we hope the owners will do some small adjustments with inexpensive additions to the place, that is a little too minimal in its ammenities. Cooking some pasta or rice in the 2 tiny lid-less pots they offered was not an option. Only one wine glass. There is no coffee table or side tables in the living room to relax with a cup of tea. There are no wall or floor hangers for wet and heavy winter coats/bags/umbrellas, no racks or benches to open up our suitcases. All in all, a good deal, but the owners need to invest just a little more. Bring Tea & Delta coffee capsules, spices and oiles provided.

Siisti ja tyylikäs asunto erinomaisella sijainnilla. Sisäänkirjautuessamme asunnon siivous oli vielä kesken eikä sohvaa ollu pedattu vaikka niin oli luvattu. Hyvä ilmastointi, erityisesti näkymät parvekkeelta ihanat mutta kadun äänet kuuluu selvästi sisään.

Nos gustó el lugar, la comodidad, la limpieza y el departamento en si. Lo único a mejorar seria el acceso al edificio la puerta requería fuerza extra para abrir y algunas personas de otros departamentos no hacían por cerrarla bien y se quedaba abierta. A tener en cuenta también que al estar sobre una avenida principal pudiera ser un poco ruidoso. Fuera de eso si lo recomiendo, buena ubicación, comodidades y limpieza del apartamento fue muy buena.

Ótima localização, muito central e com tudo o que é necessário a menos de 5min. A casa estava bem limpa e estava tal e qual a descrição do anúncio. Faltava apenas alguns utensílios como por exemplo uma toalha para a mesa/individuais e guardanapos. Contudo, nada que não se encontrasse facilmente numa loja ali perto 😊 Recomendo!

We were pleased with the location which is very close to "the action". The road out front can be noisy, but once the shutters are closed at night for sleep it is perfectly fine. The apartment itself is great with just enough furniture and kitchen amenities. I would absolutely stay here again! A few things I would like to mention for future guests that will make arrival easier are: The apartment is on the first floor if taking the elevator. If taking the stairs, it's on the first floor you get to after a bunch of stairs. It is located at the end of a long hallway and has a large "V" beside the door. Most times we entered the building, the door from the street was unlocked. If you have a rental car, parking is a hassle. Pay parking is everywhere. We found a free parking lot about a 15 minute walk away. I highly recommend it! Google a restaurant called Mineiro(painted green and orange) and the parking is beside it. It's a dirt lot with lots of space.

Pros: The apartment was clean and up to a high standard, including the bathroom. You’re central to shops and restaurants, all within walking distance. The price is affordable and fair . It was comfortable and you felt right at home The host was efficient Cons: Parking was a bit difficult to find though if you have a car. TV and air con remotes were not working A drain smell came from the bathroom from time to time (not always) although closing the door worked. Thank you for a lovely stay
