Very clean, modern and spacious apartment. Comfortable bed and sofa. The first level is the bedroom and bath. The second is the kitchen, table and sofa. There is an outdoor patio off the kitchen, which is nice. Bedroom windows are nice and large but also need sheer curtains to obscure people on the street or across the way from looking in. Bathroom was nice and spacious with good shower pressure. However we could not get the bathroom door to close tightly. There is only a TV in the bedroom and the only furniture to sit on is the bed. Nice and convenient to walk around the town and to the ocean front/port/beach. There is a bar type restaurant across the street but they weren't too loud and closed at a reasonable hour. Really close to restaurants and bakeries, etc. Keep in mind that there are stairs from the entrance to the first level and then another flight of stairs to the kitchen/sofa level.

Die Unterkunft war einfach ein Traum. Es ist alles genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und einfach nur zum wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns unheimlich wohl gefühlt und diese Unterkunft wäre unsere erste Anlaufstelle, wenn wir wieder nach Setubal kommen. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man erreicht alles zu Fuß. Und genügend Parkplätze, falls man einen Mietwagen hat sind auch vorhanden.

Schön renovierte Unterkunft in zentraler Lage der Stadt. Beschreibung und Fotos korrekt. Bestes Restaurant keine 2 Min zu Fuss entfernt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wie schon von anderen Gästen bemängelt, fliegt man ab und an aus dem WLAN raus, zudem ist die Geschwindigkeit eher geht so. Morgens hatten wir immer einen leichten unangenehmen Geruch im Bad. Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Excepcional alojamiento, tal y como aparecen en la fotos! Casa antigua en el barrio pescador recién reformada. Todo nuevo y muy cómodo, menaje, ropa de cama, toallas …. Nos encantó su localización, para visitar Setubal y alrededores, y y disfrutar de su oferta gastronómica, todo muy cerca de la casa caminando. Si volvemos a Setubal, repetiremos sin duda. La casa no tiene aparcamiento, pero se puede aparcar razonablemente bien cerca de la casa.

This apartment is spectacular! Renovated to perfection. Location is amazing a short walk to absolutely everything. Many beautiful beaches a short drive or bus ride also. I highly recommend!

Wir sind jedes Jahr in Setubal und haben uns diesmal für diese Bleibe entschieden. Tolle Umgebung direkt an der Fonte Nova mit allen Restaurants. Parken kann man öffentlich vor der Tür. Das Haus war sauber und entsprach den Erwartungen. Freundlicher Kontakt. Wir kommen wieder.

Positive Punkte: Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung! Die Lage war super und alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die 2 Ebenen bieten viel Platz und die Räume sind schön hell. Negative Punkte: Die Straße war etwas laut und das Wifi bricht leider immer wieder komplett ab. Insgesamt war ich aber sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft!

Eugen's place is a wonderful place to stay in Setúbal and Paulo was a great apartment manager, really helpful and responsive with good tips—you can tell he cares about each guest's enjoyment and overall experience. The entire space is absolutely beautiful, spacious and comfortable with an appealing interior design. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long term stay. I especially loved the private terrace and the bed was super comfy. I worked from here for a week, and the wifi connection is fast and consistent. The neighborhood is fantastic and a very good base for exploring the city. I instantly felt like a local! I highly recommend staying here and can't wait to return! The apartment is beautifully appointed. It's in a good central location. We especially enjoyed the upper floor of the apartment which gets beautiful light in the morning. We stayed in the winter and unfortunately did not get much use of the balcony but this would be a great space to use in the spring and summer. The local indoor market and Pinga Dolce are about 5min walk and there is a lot of Cultural spaces in Setubal. Eugene shared his knowledge of the local area with us and showed us the beautiful beaches and landscape close by. I would definitely book the apartment again.

Appartment auf zwei Stockwerken. Im ersten hat es ein grosses Schlafzimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Bett und ein grosses Badezimmer. Im zweiten Stock ist der Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer gut ausgestateten Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war sehr sauber.
