The apartment is located in the old fishing district “Fonte Nova”. The Setubal market hall is just a few minutes’ walk away. The sea is only a few minutes away. All hot spots are within walking distance. Public parking places are in front of the building.

The space

Parquet on the floors, fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine with a dryer. King size bed for two people. A second lounge can be pulled out for more two more people or children. The apartment fulfils every wish, you will find everything for a relaxing holiday. Free high-speed Wi-Fi connection is included.

Sehr gute Lage und extrem bequemes und sauberes Bett! Hotel Vibes :) Leider wird aktuell im Nachbarhaus gebaut, was starken Lärm verursacht, wofür das AirBnB aber natürlich nichts kann! Ist vielleicht nur gut zu wissen, falls man hier empfindlich ist. Ansonsten alles top!

Schöne Wohnung! Modern eingerichtet und wirklich sauber. Man ist in einem schönen, alten Teil von Setubal & kommt überall fußläufig hin. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft für den unschlagbaren Preis nur empfehlen. Die einzige Anmerkung: Im Bad ist Schimmel in einer Ecke an der Decke & die Feuchtigkeit sammelt sich. Und von außen kommt ein starker Grillgeruch in die Wohnung immer wenn man das Fenster auf hat. Das liegt aber an den umliegenden Restaurants. Kann auch ganz schön sein, weil es so nach Urlaub riecht, ist aber auf Dauer manchmal etwas störend. Alles in Allem: Eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit Wohlfühlfaktor!

Un séjour parfait ! L'appartement est vraiment magnifique, très beau, pratique et fonctionnel au quotidien. On y a passé un excellent moment. (À savoir pour les futurs voyageurs aout 2026 : le stationnement peut être un peu difficile si vous avez un grand véhicule (type 4x4). Il y a également des travaux en cours sur la maison voisine actuellement avec un peu de bruit le matin, mais cela n'est absolument pas du fait des hôtes et cela ne nous a pas empêchés de profiter du logement.)
