Castle Pátio House

We were glad to find this home in the area we were looking and at the price we needed. The only thing we may have overlooked in the description, and wouldn’t have changed our decision about staying is that the house is directly across from the community trash containers. Not only did that keep us from opening the windows on that side of the house but there were times of considerable noise when people, or construction crews, would leave large amounts of trash. We had a bathroom sink issue discovered on arrival but they were very quick in answering and getting a maintenance person out to fix it the next business day.

We had great time. What stood out about this place was the fact that one day, late at night we discovered, there was no hot water. I decided to call the number that was provided thinking I'll be leaving a message. To my surprise a person answered my call with clear instructions as where to look for the issue. Within few minutes our water heater was back on.

Very nice place. Very close to good restaurants & the local beach. The bedrooms were comfortable & the master bedroom was particularly spacious. The living room & kitchen area was also spacious and comfortable.

we had a small issues with the ac but overall it was a very pleasant stay. The location is great,the house has very good conditions. We truly recommend.

Amamos a nossa hospedagem, tivemos somente problemas com o banheiro, porém o apartamento é novo, então acredito que foi por isso que acabamos tendo problemas com o box e a pia que estavam vazando água, só mesmo precisamos ter atenção ao tomar banho e escovar os dentes para logo secar o banheiro e o armário da pia prezando pela conservação do local. Esperamos nos hospedar mais vezes lá.
