Große geräumige Wohnung im Zentrum von Setúbal. Alles Fussläufig zu erreichen. In die Jahre gekommene Wohnung. Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, alles fehlt und muss gekauft werden.Handtücher gab’s pro Person nur 2 . Es wurde im Grunde an allem gespart. Klopapier, Waschmittel, Spülmaschinenmittel. Parkplatz ist auch ein Problem und richtig schwierig was zu finden. Das schlimmste ist eine Eckkneipe direkt neben dem Haus , wo am Samstag und Sonntag bis morgens Lautstark die Post abgeht, so das Schlafen fast nicht möglich ist. Im Badezimmer klappert laut die Lüftung!

It was a clean and lovely flat, well decorated. The location right around the corner of Bocage square. Great restaurants, can walk everywhere. Spent 2 nights, wished we could have stayed longer. Parking was a little tricky, hard to find an available spot. Host very responsive to our every need. Hope to visit Setubal soon again.

Buenas relación calidad-precio. Ubicación buena para visitar el centro. Solo no me gustó que el sofá estaba muy sucio. Y había una cama rota.

La decoración y ambientación del apartamento. Muy cuidada. Minimalista al tiempo que aporta calidez y sensación de amplitud. Ninguna pega, todo perfecto.

Logement spatieux, propre, très complet et joli. C'était globalement très bien. Seuls inconvénients : machine à laver cassée (évacuation bloquée? + elle ne s'allumait pas). Un peu bruyant malgré tout (on entend le voisinage et un resto qui met parfois de la musique). Et pour info, la porte d'entrée du bâtiment est restée bloquée une fois malgré le bon code, après 6 tentatives, j'ai du la frapper un peu pour qu'elle s'ouvre, quelqu'un d'autre aurait pu rester bloqué...

Ubicacion,relacion calidad-precio, comodidad del Apartamento con dos baños. La rapidez del personal de mantenimiento en arreglar una de las camas.. Gracias por todo !! El acceso al portal con Codigo de apertura ; Fallaba en numerosas ocasiones....

die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos gezeigt. Für den Aufenthalt von einer Woche war für uns als Familie alles vorhanden und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Durch die Nähe zur Innenstadt waren immer wieder Geräusche der umliegenden Lokale zu hören die uns aber nicht gestört haben. mit Google Maps war die Adresse auch gut zu finden. Parkplätze gibt es allerdings nur öffentlich und gegen Gebühr. Bei Fragen war der Vermieter gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Very comfortable and clean apartment with a great location. A bit of noise from the surrounding bars at night but the bedroom is relatively quiet. Definitely would stay here again.

Wow Impressive I just say I love it and I clearly recomand! Washing machine too much noice ? and the police must do something with one bar with people from Africa too much noice and until 4 in the morning ?

Удобная, просторная и светлая квартира. 2 санузла большой плюс. Квартира находится в самом центре города, до магазина 5мин пешком, до пляжа 10мин. Также посудомоечная машина незаменима в поездке, когда хочется только отдыхать. Хотелось бы увидеть бокалы для вина) Шум из-за ночных баров никуда не уберешь, но можно взять с собой беруши.

Calidad precio y la ubicación En el cuarto de baño de la habitación de la niña hay una ventana rota por la cual entra el frio y es peligrosa , lo reclamé me hicieron hacerle fotos aún sabiendo que lleva tiempo rota y no solucionaron nada , mi hija tuvo que dormir los 5 días en el sofá. Si lo que queréis es descansar ese lugar no es el apropiado , hay mucho ruido en esa calle con el bullicio de dos bares hasta altas horas de la madrugada . Aparcar es complicado también, todo es de pago y no dejan de avisarte que retires el coche aún pagando el parking al ser matricula extranjera , un caos.

Conozco la ciudad desde muy pequeña, está en pleno centro de la ciudad, prácticamente frente al ayuntamiento. El apartamento es precioso y estaba todo genial. Todo fueron facilidades, repetiremos cuando volvamos :)

La ubicación Condiciones y calidades del alojamiento.Mobiliario deteriorado y sucio(sofá, colchones) menaje insuficiente(sartenes viejas).Armario sin barra para colgar,falta de perchas.Secador pelo no calienta.Problemas con la WiFi.

La ubicación es buena pero.el bar de abajo lo estropea con el ruido. La independencia de las dos habitaciones con sus baños El acceso a la vivienda es bastante incomodo. Muchas escaleras empinadas y pequeñas para subir el equipaje y el carrito del bebé. (Mala accesibilidad) Las ventanas no cierran bien y entra mucho ruido del exterior. Hay un bar abajo donde terminan bien entrada la mañana. El baño de arriba tiene una ventana rota que lleva tiempo así y es peligrosa. En el.baño de abajo apenas está iluminado.

Estaba bien situado y limpio. La ventana de un baño estaba nota y en cristal descolocado por lo cual era peligrosa y no pudimos utilizarlo. Habia,ruido nocturno de un bar abajo.

Amplitud, confort, ubicación(zona turística de Setubal)y equipamiento del alojamiento. Aunque no sea responsabilidad del alojamiento, hay ruidos nocturnos debido a un local de copas en la calle en días puntuales. Limpieza muy básica, se puede mejorar.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment! It was very beautiful and the host was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again! We stayed for over two months, so they cleaned some aspects of the apartment every week, which was really nice. Sometimes they got the time wrong, so we would come home to an uncleaned apartment (which was kind of annoying) and sometimes they were in the apartment when we came home hours after they were supposed to be finished. They could definitely improve their communication with the cleaners. One window was also broken (it didn’t close all the way, which made the apartment more cold), something we informed the host about. They said that they were going to fix it, but they never did. Despite this, we loved our stay in the apartment!
