The apartment is close to the tourist area. It is easy to walk everywhere. The check in process was very good. The sleeper sofa needs a good cleaning, probably a replacement. The wood floors need a deep cleaning. The oven needs to be clean too. The air conditioning was not working and I had a technician in the apartment the first day I was there. They were not able to fix it and I had another person in the apartment the next day installing a standing fan. The remote control for the air was missing batteries. They had another person leaving the batteries the next day. Too many visits. I wanted to do laundry but they didn't know how to get the tokens for the washer and drier. The shower curtain needs a replacement. They have to make sure everything is working before the costumer arrives. If they fix all this little things they could have happy costumers.

Studio spacieux et moderne. Conforme à la description et aux photos. Calme et propre. Bien équipé pour faire la cuisine. Près du métro et d'un Aldi. A 20 min à pied du centre (gare de Rossio). Tout était parfait sauf ces points : - instructions pour l'arrivée imprécises, il était écrit que le boîtier pour les clés étaient en face de l'immeuble alors que c'était à côté de la porte de l'appartement, bon heureusement on n'a pas cherché longtemps :) - le lit est un canapé lit, donc c'est pratique pour gagner de la place mais ce n'est pas le matelas le plus confortable - la cuisine a une machine Nespresso mais pas de dosette (c'est bête on aurait pu apporter les nôtres) - le rideau de douche est pas pratique, tendance à coller à la peau - pas assez de prise électrique vers la tête de lit (juste 2 pour les lampes) - on entend un peu les bruits de couloir, mais l'étage comporte que 3 ou 4 appartement - rideaux pas assez occultants

Modernes Zimmer mit Balkon und grosszügigem Badezimmer. Die Lage fand ich ganz in Ordnung, Supermarkt ist in 2min zu Fuss erreichbar. Eigentlich wollte ich noch verlängern übers Wochenende. Der Zimmerpreis hat sich jedoch um 70% erhöht.. Für unter 100 Euro gebe ich aber gerne 5 Sterne.

Muy buena ubicación y fiel al anuncio, la única pega es que nos hicieron esperar 1 hora más a la que teníamos acordada, por lo otro, genial. Supermercados cerca, restaurantes, el centro de la ciudad cerca… excelente!
