The apartment was as described and was really well kept, had a small issue with the bathroom sink not draining very well but besides this the place was great. Air conditioning in the bedroom was also really great! Would recommend to others!

We had a great time exploring Setúbal, whilst staying in the extremely comfortable, ground floor apartment. It’s really well situated for the city centre. The things that really stood out for us were the excellent quality of the towels, bedsheets and the bed too! We slept really well. Also, the WiFi was excellent. Although part of a corporate set up, all our communications were responded to quickly and efficiently, so no problems. The area is safe.Typically, some buildings are a bit neglected but we felt secure walking around in the late evenings and leaving the car parked away from the apartment. Unfortunately, parking can be tricky as there’s no designated parking on site, and it’s ‘pot luck’ getting a space on the street - we were lucky and parked just along the block. There are a lot of schools in the area, so it’s always quieter at night. We would recommend this lovely apartment to you.

Piso muy limpio y cómodo. Con todo lo necesario para hacer la estancia agradable. Buena comunicación y pendiente a la llegada ya que la entrada es no autónoma. Volvería a escoger dicha estancia sin duda.

Отличное расположение апартаментов, уютное патио, квартира расположена в близости от кафе, ресторанов, местный колорит, удобно припарковать машину, чистая постель, полотенца. Общение с хозяином было дружелюбным и результативным по всем вопросам. Рекомендую!
