This classic townhouse overlooks a small square that is characteristic of the downtown Setúbal area. Inside you will find a clean and thoughtfully finished home that provides everything you need for your stay.

On the ground floor you will find an open and spacious kitchen/dining/living area as well as a half bathroom.
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two single beds) plus a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are well lit with views overlooking the tree-filled square below.

They could improve the cleanliness. The bed linens had an unpleasant, musty smell, and the floors weren’t the cleanest. That said, the location is excellent—a lively neighborhood with plenty of nearby options to go out. You can park for free on the street, though you'll need to be good at fitting into tight spots, ideally with a small car. The tavern right across the street is a must-visit if you’re staying here. Although the neighborhood can be noisy, the windows are well insulated, so you don’t hear anything from inside.

We had a great stay, easy to access the town. We did have trouble with parking, there is not really a suitable place outside. And some of the linen was not provided, plus the light bulb in downstairs toilet was not working. It’s a ground floor apartment so can be a bit noisy at night.

Sehr schönes kleines 2 stöckiges Haus zentral in Setubal. Perfekte Lage. Unterkunft sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten und ein schönes Bad. Im EG nur ein kleines WC. Parkplätze etwas schwierig aber im die Ecke möglich

O apartamento é como descrito nas fotografias e também gostamos do sítio pois é perto das praias no entanto o próprio bairro em si é um bocado mal frequentado e é muito difícil acesso ao apartamento com o carro para se poder descarregar as malas . Mas gostamos da nossa estadia .

Maison fonctionnelle, très bien située dans le centre de ville Setubal proche des restaurants, du grand marché couvert et des commerces, la plage est seulement à 15 mn en bus donc très pratique !
