L'appartement est très bien situé, proche des bars, restaurants et de la mer. Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain avec wc (ce qui est très pratique). Les murs intérieurs sont hyper bien isolés (les fenêtres qui donnnent vers l'extérieur un peu moins mais on s'y habitue vite). Le logement est propre et conforme à la description. La terrasse est un peu étroite et donc, difficile de manger un bout dessus à 4 car la table est toute petite. Il n'y a pas de parking gratuit dans les environs.

We were so impressed with this apartment it was beautiful and the location was perfect. Even with the nightlife if you closed the windows it was quiet. Very walkable, in the middle of everything

Had a few issues (which was to do with the storm), so not there fault. Communication was efficient as got back to me ASAP. Would defo come back to Setúbal but next time i hope it will be sunny 😉.

The house was great everything was clean and nice, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and nice , i would definitely recommend this to people, also i would recommend to the host to make sure at least 2 small bottles of water should be had to the refrigerator, i actually believe that Airbnb should make this mandatory sometimes people arrive late to check in and stores close early and open late so 2 small bottles of water would be perfect.!

We had a weeks stay here and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect right in the centre close to all local shops bars and restaurants. The apartment is decorated to a very high standard. Fresh and modern. A Lovely big balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the view. A clothes drying horse was great to put outside to dry the washing. Lovely comfortable beds and powerful shower. The living area had 2 comfortable couches and relaxing chair with foot stool. Big dining table also. Tv if you want to relax and watch. A lift if you can’t manage the stairs. We have stayed in a few different places and this is definitely top of our list. Would highly recommend a stay here. Look forward to another stay here in the future 😀🇨🇳

We stayed 4 nights - a really lovely apartment in a great location. Really spacious, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Only downside is no furniture on the terrace - it gets the evening sun and would be a great spot to sit. We had an issue with no curtains in one of the bedrooms, and curtain pole hanging off in another room. It was dealt with promptly (the next day) but did feel it should have been addressed prior to our arrival as had been mentioned in a previous review 2 weeks ago. But overall a great stay in a lovely place. Setubal is a lovely city, really interesting, and easy to walk around. Would recommend this apartment.

Prima verblijf en voldeed helemaal aan de verwachtingen! Enig “minpunt” is dat er geen terrasmeubilair is maar dat wisten we op voorhand. Voor de rest zeer proper en meer dan voldoende groot! Uitstekend verblijf! 🙏

Op de dag zelf geboekt. ander appartement had geannuleerd. Snelle reactie en supper goed geholpen. Daardoor hebben we alsnog een erg fijne vakantie gehad. Zeer leuke plek en mooi appartement.

Жильё, расположение и чистота были просто прекрасными. При заселении требовалось чуть больше информации (место, где были оставлены ключи, и этаж), чем указывалось. В одной из комнат не было вообще занавесок, а солнце было очень ярким. Но, в целом, хорошее впечатление от проживания.

alles in Ordnung - guter und schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter - die Lage der Wohnung war für uns perfekt - leider gibt es keine kostenfreien Parkplätze in der Nähe - hierfür müssen rund 700m Fußweg einkalkuliert werden - Wohnung war wie beschrieben und sauber - leider gibt’s an einigen Stellen schon unübersehbare Abnutzungserscheinungen (defekte Gardinenstangen und gerissenes Cerankochfeld)
